Emperador brandy sales in North America up 28%

EMPERADOR Inc. saw a 28 percent increase in sales of its brandy products in North America, while sales, visibility and availability increased worldwide, particularly in the United States and Canada.

“This is consistent with our relentless globalization efforts as we make Emperador Brandy a household name in other parts of the world,” Glenn D. Manlapaz, chief executive officer of Emperador International, said in a press release Thursday.

“After a good performance this year, we expect sales of Emperador Brandy in North America to be even stronger in 2023,” he added.

To date, the company’s brandy products are available at various off-premises facilities across the United States and Canada.

One of its brandy products, Emperador Light, is available in the 229 stores of Albertsons, a supermarket chain in North America.

Emperador Light, Solera, Gold Limited Edition, Red and Hot Shot are available in stores at Seafood City, a supermarket chain with locations in California, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada and Washington.

The five brands are also available in the 10 stores of a Taiwanese-American supermarket called 99 Ranch Market, based in Buena Park, California.

The brands other than Emperador Red are available in Total Wine & More’s 89 stores in Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Texas and California, while Red is available in BevMo’s 76 stores and online store!

Emperador is a global spirits conglomerate focused on brandy and whiskey. It owns Whyte and Mackay and other brands including Fundador Brandy, The Dalmore, Jura and Tamnavulin single malt Scotch whiskeys. Its products are available in more than 100 countries.
