Janice De Belen is frustrated after fraudulent online seller’s ‘Nabudol’
Veteran actress Janice De Belen is venting her frustration online after being dubbed “nabudol” by a fraudulent online seller.
The award-winning actress expressed her dissatisfaction with the purchase she made from an online retailer. She said in an Instagram post that a well-known online retailer sent her the wrong item.
Even more shockingly, it contained a “dirty, dripping wet item,” which Janice vented her anger to in an Instagram post with all caps and a picture of the package’s contents.
OMG!!! Today I received my package!!! And to my surprise, I got this dirty, dripping wet thing! I don’t even know what that is!!! But that’s not what I bought!!” Janice said in her post.
“I tried to message the seller but no response! @shopee_ph I hope you can do something about budol issues like this! Attention people!” She added.
Arlene Muhlach, another actress who spoke out on the subject, shared a similar experience with the online store where Janice made her purchase. Arlene announced that after being the victim of scams from online sellers, she had her account removed from the platform.
Janice’s last Instagram post, dated November 20, shows that the online shopping site took action in response to her complaint. Janice thanked the online shop’s customer service for the prompt support.
“THANK YOU @shopee_ph CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YOUR QUICK HELP!!! VERY ACCEPTED😊😊😊,” said Janice.
