Laguna-based real estate developer PA Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (PA Properties) and Japanese company Hankyu Hanshin Realty put another feather in their hat as they officially launched their latest community today: Idesia Cabuyao. This is the latest addition to their Brgy-based joint venture. Marinig, Cabuyao, Laguna.

PA Properties-Hankyu Hanshin is proud of the 3.87 hectare modern Asian-inspired community with a total of 276 units, which demonstrates the upscale community spirit of the Filipinos and the expertise of the Japanese in quality living.

Idesia Cabuyao offers two home designs: the YAMA – Townhouse Units and SORA – Single Attached Housing Units for investors and homebuyers. These designs are unique to PA Properties and Hankyu Hanshin’s other Idesia Township developments in Dasmariñas, Cavite; Lipa, Batangas; and San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

A common denominator among Idesia Township projects is PA Properties-Hankyu Hanshin’s consistency in putting a premium on the well-being of homeowners. A togetherness zone, a tranquility zone and a wellness zone are available to homeowners. Idesia Cabuyao was designed to be an oasis of relaxation and family time. Not only does it have typical amenities such as the basketball court, clubhouse, indoor gym, swimming pool and children’s playground, but also meditation gardens, jogging trails and a pet park that allow all family members to relax and have fun while staying.

PA Properties-Hankyu Hanshin also carefully selected the location of the project, ensuring that the families could enjoy the tranquility and convenience of life in the province without sacrificing accessibility as the community is close to several manufacturing plants, shopping malls, Educational institutions, hospitals, and the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). This makes the community ideal not only for prospective homeowners but also for individuals looking for the perfect real estate investment.

PA Properties-Hankyu Hanshin would like to assure prospective buyers and homeowners that despite the prime location, expert architecture and complete amenities, these homes in Idesia Cabuyao are still suitable for low and middle income families.

“Quality living in a safe and self-sufficient community near Metro Manila doesn’t have to be expensive. With Idesia Cabuyao, every average earner Filipino has a fair chance to build a life they only dreamed of before. Our doors are open to everyone and we assure you that we will be with you every step of the way,” says Atty. Marianne Reyna Lina – Cruz, President and Chief Executive Officer of PA Properties.

PA Properties also recently celebrated its 28th anniversary. From a meager capitalization of 300,000 pesos in 1994, the company has grown into a 23 billion peso company that is now recognized as one of the top developers in the country.

The Pag-IBIG Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) even recognized the company as a top 8 developer in North Luzon and top 7 in the National Capital Region for Q1-Q3 2022.

For nearly three decades, PA Properties has successfully provided affordable housing and built safe and future-proof communities in growth areas of the country. During that time, the company has built more than 20,000 residential and condominium homes in over 40 communities in Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Bulacan, Pampanga and Metro Manila.

These communities have stood the test of time and weather – a testament to the quality of homes PA Properties has consistently brought to the table.

As the company continues to grow, it pledges to continue building affordable, safe, and future-proof homes in key growth areas of the country because it believes Filipinos deserve nothing less.
